EP Modest Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

At EP Modest, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and fairness to all customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Hijabs, undercaps, and innerwear for hygiene reasons.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Sale or clearance items (final sale).

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us via email at info@epmodest.com within 2 days of receipt.

What to include in your email:
📸 Photographs of the faulty or damaged item.
📦 Your order number and details of the issue.

• Faulty items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or replacement as per UK consumer law.
• Items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.

4. How to Return an Item

1. Email us at info@epmodest.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
3. Send the item back within 7 days of approval using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
• We are not responsible for lost returns—please use a tracked service.

6. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Restocking Fees/Buying Multiple Sizes

• To ensure fairness to all customers, we ask that you carefully check our size chart before ordering.
• If you purchase multiple sizes and return the extras, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached.
• Repeated multiple-size returns may result in a 10% restocking fee per item or account restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse excessive returns.
